One of America ’s most popular comics, Patton has been headlining comedy clubs all over the US for the last ten years, generating a large and loyal following along the way, and can be credited as being one of a small number of comics largely responsible for rejuvenating the stand up scene in America at the moment. He is a favourite of Sacha Baron Cohen’s and will appear in his upcoming feature-film. Simon Pegg, Ben Stiller and Matt Groening are also long time fans of Patton’s.

The multi talented Oswalt has also appeared in such films as Starsky & Hutch, Zoolander, Magnolia and Calendar Girls, and has a recurring role on the US network TV hit King Of Queens . In 2004 Patton co-created and headlined “The Comedians of Comedy” tour, travelling to various rock venues across America , alongside the cream of US stand-up comedy. The tour continues through 2005. A feature documentary about the tour debuted at the SXSW Festival (South by South West Festival Austin, Texas) in March this year, which will be commercially released in the autumn and is also being made into a TV series on comedy central
